First of all — absolutely beautiful resort! We loved everything about our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was overall really good. There were a few dishes that could use a bit of improvement, but nothing that took away from the experience. We do wish there was a little more entertainment throughout the day and evening — and it would be great if the karaoke hours were extended (we were just getting into it when it ended!). All in all, 10/10 — highly recommend! We’d definitely come back.

The hibachi restaurant was our favorite. The resort is brand very clean and the staff is amazing. We were there celebrating our honeymoon and it was such a nice experience. We also booked dinner on the beach through the hotel and really enjoyed that as well. 10/10 highly recommend if you want a chill vacation. It’s not a party resort but nice if you want to relax.

We had an amazing time at this property. Traveled at all of the other excellence properties. We feel like they took the best of all properties and put into one a little disappointed with the maintenance issues. Seeing it is a new resort we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and the shower did not drain. This issue was rectified in a timely manner. We do feel like the entertainment is a little lacking. But, overall a wonderful experience- the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation!

I just came back from a four day trip in july and im an honest traveler…the swim up junior suite is outstanding…the food on this resort i can say is amazing and I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and i know what to expect but this resort in the food category i promise you WILL NOT go hungry!!!! I loved the steak house and the lobster hut…the only con to this place i felt was the beach area was alittle underwhelming when compared to the rest of the property but the staff was great and i didnt have one single issue and state of the art gym on the premise

I loved my stay! My partner and I came to enjoy our 1 year anniversary. I loved the grounds, the service, and the room was incredible. The swim up suite was so beautiful and the pool was insanely clean! The club upgrade was accessible at the front desk but sadly we wanted the swim up suite and they didn't have that type of room available for the club upgrade, which brings me to some of the downfalls as the club upgrade did come with dinner options we didn't have access too. Just a bit of feedback: The buffet (The Kitchen Table) was only open for breakfast until 11am. The resort had many dining options but the buffet closing at 11 was a huge disappointment. Most restaurants had wait times for dinner and a variety of them were either closed some days or only open for lunch or dinner other days. After our 2nd day it definitely felt like food for dinner was inaccessible unless you planned ahead. None of the restaurants took reservations except one which meant most spots had at least a 20-30 minute wait which for a hotel this expensive that was a bit underwhelming. I think opening the buffet for at least a few hours for dinner would be insanely helpful for the guests. Lunch options were accessible for sure, it was really just dinner that we struggled with a bit. One night we ordered room service and honestly the food was insanely bad. For a
