Wonderful stay, staff so nice and helpful, great location!

Walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Great breakfast and nice swimming pool. You can see macaws, sloths, frogs and howler monkeys in the area. Make sure to visit Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Gandoca-Manzanillo as it is located just 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

Restaurants and bar were excellent the staff was wonderful no complaints

Everything about this property is wonderful. We cannot say enough about the hotel staff! Literally, EVERYTHING was great. We highly recommend this place. Take the little plane to the Limon airport and just have them set up your transportation. They'll have someone waiting for you. We had zero problems. Everything went as smooth as possible because of the Awa staff! We will return to the Caribbean coast of Punta Cana and most definitely stay at the Awa Beach Hotel again! I'd give them 10 stars if i could! The roim was spotless, the beach was great. Rhe included breakfast was wonderful....

The Beachfront bungalow was very clean and pretty. Exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and well cared for, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the beach area- it was crowded and not as clean as I expected. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I wish the beach experience had matched the quality of the bungalow itself.

Namu Garden, Hotel and Spa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Limon. Close to the ocean, shopping and dinning and any excursion you want to do. The staff at the Namu are incredibly great, Sofia who works at the front desk is a super star. She helped with any questions we had about anything. Super friendly and really cares about making people feel welcome at the hotel. Jessica and Chef Esteban were always suggesting great food to eat at the restaurant. The free breakfast isn’t like any free breakfast I’ve had. It’s gourmet. Made with local ingredients and every morning was delicious. The grounds are lush and beautiful with wildlife running around. Incredible to see. The rooms are out of this world. We stayed in a suite which made he stay even better. Huge room with a pool and a place to lounge all from just outside of your room. All the amazing people who work here make you feel like you’re on the show white lotus. They know your name and room number so if you have any questions they call you by your first name. They make the time to have conversations with you and are outstanding doing what they each do. Namu’s app is a great resource, it works great and is informative about everything the hotel has to offer. It’s in a very walkable, safe area where we walked late at night and felt very secure. Book this hotel and you won’t regret it. Thank you Namu and the people that work there.You made this trip even better with your service and smile
