External utility room with freezer and coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with caravan park).. Decked sitting-out area with garden furniture and gas BBQ. 1 small dog welcome. Fishing on-site, free of charge. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced lake 50 yards from the property.. Over looking the small fishing lake, in a tranquil, rural setting, amidst the glorious scenery of the Lleyn Peninsula, the property is located within easy reach of sandy beaches and Pwllheli’s lively attractions.
