Awful experience! Booked a room and tried to cancel, but the hotel's complete silence has been appalling. Over a week and multiple messages sent with ZERO response - no apology, no explanation, nothing. Not about the money, but where's the respect? I am sorry Not recommended. This Hotel the most terrible customer service Hotel I have seen in my entire life.

Quba Palace Hotel is a stunning getaway surrounded by breathtaking mountains, lush forests, and a peaceful lake — the perfect place to relax in nature. The atmosphere is serene, and the grounds are beautifully maintained with gardens and walking paths. The service is exceptional — staff are always friendly, attentive, and professional. Guests enjoy spacious, clean rooms with great views, excellent breakfast options, and a wide range of amenities, including pools, spa, and family activities. A perfect blend of natural beauty and outstanding hospitality.
