It is modern inside. Everything is what I expected of a boutique hotel.... clean, safe, quiet and convenient. I like that the beddings are white and the bed is comfy. We have good sleep for our 3 night stay. As per UNESCO standard this hotel has no elevator. I called a day earlier and mentioned we are older seniors. Rodney, the guy on the other line was very nice to talk to, could only put a request on file. I was happy we were given the lower floor.

Isaac is the gem!

Isaac was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us recommendations for food and it was spot on. I would not have had the same experience if not for Isaac. He always greeted us when we came in and out of the hotel and felt like he was glad to see us. Sorry we were not able to say good bye on our departure. Well wishes Isaac. Tara

Great location for exploring Old town Quebec! We did a walking tour of old town which was wonderful. Then came back to our lovely hotel with comfortable beds and bedding!

Newly painted rooms and redone property was cozy and pristine. We were very comfortable. The only negative was the street light from the parking area behind the hotel that the curtains did not adequately block at night. We will definitely return!

Great locution and staff. The room was comfortable and charming. My only little negative comment is that there wasn’t any real of counter space in the bathroom and the toilet did not have a lid. But I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the hotel is new and very clean. However, a few amenities were missing — for example, there was no breakfast available, and when we asked for slippers, they didn’t have any. With a few small improvements, this could be an even better place to stay.
