Wonderful stay, great location, close to all the shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive for my parking query. Didn’t quite understand where to dispose of the garbage & recycling so I took it home as we didn’t have much.

This is a superbly located unit in Old Quebec close to shops, sights, food, and more. It was a perfect home base. The unit itself had a very comfy bed and was in fair working order. Communication was excellent. Would recommend!

We spent two days In Québec as part of fall colors holiday. Les Immeubles Charlevoix was a nice and convenient location for our numerous walks about the city - fantastic! We also went further afield and visited Basilique Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and Île d'Orléans - highly recommended. We also got to see the Québec marathon right out side our apartment widow on Sunday morning.

Barely functional air conditioning in a heat waveListed as a 1 bedroom but it’s a bachelor apartment Needed a flashlight to unlock the door to apartmentDirty carpet, pet hair on couch and stains all over couch. Only one set of towels for a 3 night stayHost didn’t respond to questions or concerns This was a terrible experience. The apartment was so hot we had to find a hotel for our other 2 nightsStand up fan was broken

Great location

This was a comfortable, well-equipped, cozy flat with easy access to the Museum of Civilization. We've stayed in this neighborhood before because it's more economical than the center of Old Quebec, but it's still an easy walk to so many places. We went for coffee at the same spot every morning (just across the street), enjoyed the antique stores nearby, and were very happy with our stay!

Great Place in Quebec City

We enjoyed staying at this nice one bedroom apartment in the lower town part of Quebec City. It is close to many attractions in the lower town and within walking distance to the upper town.

Can’t put a finger on it

The communication with the host was incredible. The apartment was clean however , there was an odd stale smell when we got into the apartment and my friend, who was my roommate, had a severe reaction by coughing and head filling up. It’s not like a mould smell, but a stale smell, my suggestion would be possibly looking at the filter in the air conditioner because there was a something that was definitely setting her off. Whenever we left the apartment she was fine, but upon entering it would start again. Other than that , it was certainly comfortable, a little pricey, I think for what was offered.

Bonjour,Superbe endroit avec tout ce qu'il faut pour notre confort. Belles rues avec beaucoup de boutiques charmantes..Petit bémol, les gens du ménage devraient mettre plus d'efforts sur l'epoussetage des lustres et lampes.Mais je recommande fortement pour un séjour confortable.Merci
