Très bel endroit, moderne, spacieux, propre et pas loin des points d’intérêts de la ville même si le quartier n’est pas le plus beau. Seul petit bémol concerne la programmation du code d’accès après avoir payé pour un late check out. La réponse du bureau chef a quand même été rapide.

Very difficult booking and check in process. Language challenge with email instructions for check in. Ridiculous to have to check in and out when trying to extend stay. Please note this property is next door to a major trauma centre. My husband is in critical condition and trying to extend stays for myself and family was beyond frustrating! Property itself was excellent. Please have compassion for these situations and improve your process and communication!

Tres difficile de stationner. Vignette, une heure max, et places très limitées sans vignettes. Jaurais du payer un hotel un peu plus cher avec stationnement pour eviter le trouble. Dommage parce que l'hôtel est vraiment beau et propre.

Loved my stay at the Loft du Vitré, we appreciated the cleanliness and the 2 separate bedrooms WITH their adjacent bathroom! Although a bit far from the main attractions we wanted to visit, it was at a fair distance by Uber, costing a few bucks (less than 15$) per ride. Highly recommend and we decided it will be our place to stay for the next Qc city visit!
