The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was ready by 3 pm and we went down to the pool after arriving. The pool area was nice but the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The most frustrating part of our hotel visit was the room key. Everyday the keys stopped working and we were there for 4 days.
