Amazing Stay!

Amazing stay! Very well organized given that it is an automated hotel. Check in and check out was very smooth and the instructions are clear. Thank you! Luggage storage on site was an added benefit. Very well organized and this place met all our expectations. Very convenient for seeing the old part of Quebec City. Thank you again!

Neat old building with several large rooms to choose from. It’s within a few minutes walk to the old city center and the lower town. In about 10 minutes walking you can board city buses to go to Montmorency Falls or nearly anywhere else in the greater Quebec City area. There is no elevator at the hotel - access upper floor rooms by spiral staircase

Really nice place! The winding staircase is a little difficult to manage with suitcases/luggage but overall a really nice hotel! Check-in at an automated hotel was effortless. The phone number provided to contact for questions/concerns doesn’t seem to have anyone ever available to answer or return voicemails. Would recommend working on that.

This is by no means a luxury hotel, but serves very well as a budget choice! It is in a great location, close to all the major sites in Old Quebec. Highly recommend as a budget choice.

Had a great stay here, 3 adults and one baby. We requested a room on a lower floor as there is no elevator and we had a stroller and they accommodated us. The location is great. Room was clean with a small fridge, coffee maker and a small bathroom with shower. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again if going back to Quebec City.

Just would have appreciated more accurate pictures. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but some rooms must be more modest/plain than others. Expectations did not align with reality. Perhaps they have some disclaimer on their ads that pictures might not match, but hard to fight the feeling that there is a bit of misdirection with some of the photos shown. Thought we would have a spacious stay in a room with rich wooden furniture and accents but instead ended up with a tiny, cold feeling space which felt like a small upgrade from a private hostel room. It was fine. Affordable. Great location. Wish the advertising was more accurate.

Wonderful place to stay! Perfect location, easy to walk to tons of beautiful shops and fun restaurants. The manager was very responsive - I had a few questions that were answered right away, and also my daughter left some jewelry in the room and he contacted us as soon as the housekeeper saw it and he is going to send it to us - so appreciated and something that doesn’t always happen in big hotels! My only two complaints were that we were unable to change the temperature in the room (they told us to use the knobs on the heating units but we tried that and it didn’t change anything but this could be user error!) and that we didn’t have daily maid service (they may have given it to us if we had asked though - it wasn’t a huge deal for us as we were only there three nights, so maybe ask before booking if that is offered upon request). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Quebec City!!
