Dont stay here

Horrible hotel : Old smells like mildew, carpets dirty, locks not safe, bad experience all together. Paid 200$ for a dump hotel comparable to motel 6 in the US. Cannot believe Jaros keeps this hotel under their umbrella.

I stayed here for two days and really enjoyed my time. The location is great—just a 10 to 15-minute drive to Old Quebec, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The pillow was dirty, it has a stain, I think it was not washed. The bath tub was clogging. No coffee. On the main dining, we were eating there and the staff she lacked the machine for the juices even if we asked. She said it’s only in the morning, but as courtesy we were there and she give to the other lady. Anyway, it’s only a juice.

The place did not have the internet available and was fixed late in the evening. The fridge froze my liquid put in it when came time to use in the morning. The place has not been renovated for decades since i am usual customer at that place. Other hotels would offer top conditions for little extra in terms of pricing and way better amunities. That was my last time going to this place of rundown look and nothing appealing anymore! Here i come other hotel!
