At my arrival staff was unkind and condescending. The next morning the manager on duty was the most wonderful and understanding person. He understood my problem and helped me out immediately.

Clean, easy access, small but confortable and quiet rooms. The guy at the desk was very helpful and polite. The only thing that was a little bit bothering was the scent of weed in the hallways (not in the room). I recommend this hotel for anybody who needs a quiet, clean place to sleep.

The staff was nice and the room was ok but there was no hot water on the last day; work was being done on the hot water system, the hotel staff was aware the work was being done and they did post a sign at the reception but instead of advising guests, the posted a small sign at the check-in counter. They should've distributed a letter to all the rooms as I had no reason to go to the counter and therefore was not made aware of. It was an unwelcome surprise when I couldn't take a shower before leaving, it would've been simple to slide a letter through the door in each room... Last time I visited the Repotel they gave my room away as I got there "too late", even though it was guaranteed with a credit card. Now this, unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel.
