This is a gorgeous stay! Rooms are modern, clean and beautifully styled. Staff were all friendly, kind and helpful. We missed skating on the lake by just a few days, but went snow shoeing which was a blast. Our 5 year old spent several hours one evening playing in the kids room; lots of things to do for all ages (video games, ping pong, arts & crafts and lots of imaginative play toys). The outdoor hot tub was a lovely treat for us all as well.

Beautiful, clean property with a very well-equipped gym. My husband and I really enjoyed the yoga with Melanie. There are plenty of activities for families to enjoy. What stood out the most? Definitely the customer service. The staff working at the reception and at the restaurant were exceptionally courteous, kind and polite. We also really enjoyed the restaurant’s breakfast and the bar’s cocktails. We will definitely return and try out the restaurant for dinner next time!
