Condo could use a facelift. It has one bathroom which is a little inconvénient for larger family. Condo is nice in a quiet area. Pool needs a facelift as well and not children friendly but does the job

The property was very clean and the staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. There was an issue with one of the neighbours; I’m assuming one of the owners of a condo in the domain. Not very nice and rude. Luckily a staff member from Hébergement was on site and witnessed everything and didn’t give the neighbor a chance to address any words to me. Apparently I wasn’t allowed to be in the back yard. Just to be clear, I was literally standing just outside the back patio door of the condo we rented. Didn’t make any noise at all, I was just quietly enjoying the view. Yet he felt compelledto ask me what I was doing there and who gave me permission to be there. I didn’t have a chance to reply as the staff member physically placed himself between the neighbor and I and prevented him from addressing any words to me. I was a little upset to say the least at the neighbor. I was there with my family ton a little getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day with my well deserving wife. The employee clearly saw on my face that I was extremely upset and accommodated me with another room. Please note that this is in no way the condo owner’s fault nor the staff of habitation Ste-Anne. Just wanted to point out that the neighbouring condo owners are not very pleasant.

It was a nice, clean condo, had all the amenities required. A little confusing with location as it’s listed as ski in and ski out but it is not. The pool facility needs to be cleaned a bit more frequently.

Location is good for skiing and snowboarding, but the property is very confusing to get around in. The property is advertised with a pool but the pool is off site down the street. There are limited places to eat and barely any staff to ask for assistance if needed. No one is ever at the reception desk to answer questions or relay concerns. The rooms are also quite dated. My recommendation would be to stay at the Delta hotel next door and skip this place completely!

Things to note - ‘kitchenette’ in smaller condos are virtually unusable. Zero storage for any food. Underground parking is *very* tight - good luck if you drive a truck. In-unit HVAC very noisy. Fireplaces non-operational. Reno work of some kind currently underway in lobby of building 1 - doors half broken, holes in lobby walls. Extremely limited on-site eating options Great location though if you are just here to ski!

Best location on the hill !

Best ski in ski out option at Mt St Anne ! Very spacious. Had a great view of the mountain WiFi is fine but TV and cable totally outdated , 15 yrs old models. Front desk staff is very courteous.
