When we arrived, there was a bit of a wait, and the process felt slower than I had hoped. It seemed like they were understaffed, or perhaps there was a technical issue, but it took a while before I could get our room keys. I understand that delays happen, but a quicker check-in would have been appreciated after a long day of travel. I would still recommend this hotel, but I hope they work on streamlining the check-in process to make the arrival experience smoother for future guests.

Property and amenities were amazing. Will highly recommend requesting a club member… since allows you to use the Business Center and you have the view of the whole Old city of quebec. The customer service at the hotel is superb, from the valet to the pool area. Yes the pool is a must even with the snow. Heated water all the time.
