Sad that the pool and spa are cold.

The lifeguard was a bit lazy, trying to have children not create any splash because he hated sweeping the water, I agree with the no running, no canon balls, but the pool is built and full to the rim you will have constant water, plus the night lifeguard very chill and not on a power trip. Restaurant staff amazing, activities amazing. Great place to get away with the kiddos. Please, please warm up your pool and spa.

C’est un bel hôtel mais beaucoup trop de monde à la piscine. Pas de place pour s’assoir La nourriture était très bonne La chambre (suite) était beaucoup plus petite que ce qui paraissait sur les photos. Responsable désagréable avec un employé suite a un accident dans la spa.

Poor directions to get to the property with all the construction. But when i called the staff was very helpful to guide me around it. ALL the staff were really helpfull in teaching me how to use the bus, helping me with parking, and all the christmas characters were so kind to my daughter. The staff was excellent.

We didn't expect that on weekends the hotel becomes super noisy and filled up to the roof. You won't be able to move in the pool and get into the jacuzzi.
