The property is lovely, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are wonderful.It has some nice technology upgrades like wireless chargers in the room. The room also has some dated styles. The stylized or frosted glass window next to the toilet separating the room and bathroom is not at all flattering to the individual using the facilities. The shower is wonderful. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

States that this is a 5 star property. It presents itself very well but the rooms are dated and need some TLC. When is the last time you had a rubber tub stopper with a chain attached? Hot tap water was extremely hot immediately. Woodwork is showing wear. There is an air diffuser in the hallway that is pumping a cheap perfumey scent, a little hard on the nose. The hot tub was great, there is cold ice water and fresh apples in the foyer to grab in the morning. We did not eat in the restaurant. A bit far from Old town Quebec where we spent most of our time. Overall it was good but a 5 star....I would say thats an exaggeration.

Dissapointed in this 5 star hotel.

Let's start with the good. The common areas of the hotel is stunning and well maintained. The pools were quite nice, however many times there were no towels available. The rooms are huge. The area we stayed at, Room 275 was only accessible via outdoor stairs from the parking lot. The lighting at night time is insufficient and our first night there I tripped on a step and sprained my ankle. I reported it the next morning to front desk staff and they just said they would pass it onto property manager. Not much concern was given considering it basically ruined our stay as we were planing on touring Old Quebec which was the reason of booking this hotel in the first place. It was part of our journey home after spending the past few weeks touring New Brunswick and PEI. I also told front desk about the jacuzzi in our room not working and the air conditioning leaking which caused our stuff to get wet that was under it. Then to top it off, I had to ask for our beverage credit promised to us by Hotels.com. I was told that I just needed to go to the bar and order and it would be charged to my room with the credit applied. I proceeded to the bar and ordered my husband and I a drink. The server asked me something in french and I responded in English and her response was ' oh you speak english, then made me wait 10 min and said I had to pay up front contradicting what front desk staff just told me For a 5 star hotel this entire stay was very disappointing.
