Off the downstairs entry hall, two stylishly appointed bedrooms offer queen size beds, cupboard storage, block-out blinds and ceiling fans, they share a sleek family bathroom with large shower, feature bath and separate toilet. A laundry with washing and drying facilities leads through to a private backyard with a covered outdoor dining area.
Up the central staircase, a master bedroom suite holds a queen size bed, storage and its own luxe en suite. An upstairs powder room provides convenience, whilst a spacious office with built-in desk means a working-holiday is also an option. With hydronic heating throughout and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, this home is comfortable year round.
The open plan kitchen and living area is perfectly equipped to host unforgettable holiday experiences with family or friends. With views out over the lakes to the Bellarine hills beyond. The fully equipped kitchen has premium appliances as well as a large fridge and breakfast bar along the island bench.
