Great hotel, excellent location

Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff. Room was lovely with a great view but bathroom was a bit run down. Good selection at breakfast. Excellent location, Only a few mins walk down to the restaurants and attractions.

About 2Km walking distant from downtown with beautiful view to the lake and part of town. Uber and taxi fare are so high and foods as well not cheap though.

Amazing view of the water and surrounding mountains. Also within walking distance to the centre of Queenstown. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and more than comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that the rooms aren’t that well insulated in terms of sound if there were noisy neighbours, but this didn’t seem to be an issue.

Great, comfortable stay

Excellent location, a few minutes walk down the hill to town centre. Friendly staff. Spacious, basic room, clean and comfortable. Parking is free but first in, first served, so you may have to find a parking spot elsewhere which is difficult in Queenstown.
