Ultimate Heights maximises its jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and mountains with large windows in the kitchen, living area, and lounge leading out to the front deck.



At the side and front of the house lies the courtyard with a large BBQ area, an outdoor dining table and a grass garden with plenty of room to to soak in the spa and enjoy the panoramic vistas across the lake and surrounding mountains.



The master bedroom also leads onto a charming balcony – the perfect spot for a morning coffee. Nestle in-front of the fire watch all your favourites on the flat screen TV. Parking isn’t an issue with a generous garage and room for 2 more cars off-street.

Rates are flexible depending on your group size, increasing $50 per person for groups of more than 6 people.
