Breakfast was nice and they even packed a sincronizada for me to take one morning when I had to leave early. The hotel has the amenities you'd expect and the bed was comfortable. The shower is bizarre. There's a bulky jet massage unit on the wall, but it squirts onto the glass door of the shower, getting water all over the floor.
The pictures of this hotel make it seem like a tranquil retreat recessed from the street by a long corridor. But in fact, the lobby of the hotel hosts a large cafe and that corridor wall is really a large display case, which doesn't muffle the sound. The hotel was also next to a lively nightclub, so I got noise from the cafe during the day and pounding through the walls from the club during the night. It made for a pretty restless stay.
