La casa cuenta con 1 chimenea, amplia cocina, sala y comedor. Todos los cuartos cuentan con baño completo. El fraccionamiento es muy seguro con mucha iluminación y vigilancia las 24 horas. Aceptamos mascotas (La casa cuenta con malla ciclónica para evitar se escapen). El jardín cuenta con baño completo.
La planta baja cuenta con 2 recamaras (1 recamara al entrar a la casa y la otra en el patio se servicio) ambas con camas matrimoniales y baño completo.
El primer piso cuenta con 3 recamaras, la recamara principal no se ocupa y se encuentra bajo llave. Las otras 2 recamas cuentan con 2 camas matrimoniales y 2 camas individuales con terraza y baños completos.
