Painful night sleep

Positive: Price Negative: Need to change the bed. I could feel the spring in the mattress on my back. It was extremely painful and hurt my back. Overall: I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Staff ignored me and checked in 3 sports teams when many of them came in after me. Zero towels in room upon check in, took a while. Shower head so mineralized, could not move it. Only a few water jet holes open, so the rest would drill painfully into your skin. Not the hotel's fault, but you can wait 30-40 minutes for a taxi.

I only encountered a minor issue, upon arrival at the room, the bed sheets were stained, and no towels in the room; however, I talked. To the staff who fixed it right away, the place is really nice and the staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel
