Rated 4 stars, equipped with all modern comforts (4 suites with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed, a comfortable and spacious living room, connected large flat-screen TV (Netflix possible), south-facing, exotic decorative elements, free parking, fibre internet, Nespresso), this contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquillity... just 200 metres from the beach!

Quiberon's promenade pier just a few minutes' walk away... and Belle-Ile stretching out before your eyes at the end of the avenue. You can enjoy Quiberon's summer activities, as well as the preserved site of the Quiberon Peninsula, with its magnificent nature and mythical water area.

Magnifique villa, très bien aménagée pour un séjour reposant au bord de la mer. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux par les propriétaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur très grande disponibilité et leurs excellents conseils restos et visites, de même que l‘emplacement de la villa dans une voie privée, très calme, pas loin des plages et du centre de Quibéron. La Pointe du Conguel avec ses magnifiques promenades est également vite atteinte à pied. Nous recommandons vivement!

Superbe séjour dans la Villa KUDA.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette Villa très spacieuse. 8 vacanciers dont 4 enfants de 8 à 12 ans Propriétaire très agréable. Arrivée et départ très bien organisés. Il ne manque rien. Proche du centre-ville, du Casino, de la thalasso et de la grande plage. En espérant pouvoir revenir très bientôt.

Un séjour de rêve !

Moments magiques et dépaysement total dans cette superbe villa au confort parfait ! Tout est proche : plages, commerces, activités et la possibilité de magnifiques balades à départ de la villa. A noter par les temps qui courent : la propreté est irréprochable et la cuisine est hyper bien équipée ! Les propriétaires sont aussi sympathiques que professionnels et efficaces. Un grand merci pour ce séjour de rêve !

Séjour idyllique les pieds dans l’eau

Villa magnifique, spacieuse, à proximité des commerces du centre ville , de la plage et de la côte sauvage. Maison esthétiquement réussie et paisible où la vie est douce , des ados conquis par l’environnement également . Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leurs délicates attentions, quand on vient de si loin en train , c’est très appréciable . Séjour de 15 jours passé à se balader en vélo sous un soleil constant, c’était fabuleux ! Nous reviendrons !

Magnifique maison dans un endroit magnifique!

Nous avons adoré cette maison. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, dans une rue calme à quelques pas du centre et à proximité directe de la Grande Plage. La maison est propre, spacieuse, bien équipée, comme les photos sur le site le montrent. Merci à Caroline et Philippe pour leur accueil chaleureux, pour l'organisation sans failles, pour les conseils et les cadeaux de bienvenue! Quand nous reviendrons à Quiberon, ce sera certainement dans cette maison, ou dans une des deux voisines qui sont également gérées par la même agence du Domaine de la Pointe, et semblent aussi belles que celle-ci.
