Everything was slightly off at every step of the way. the "24 hour reception" was a closed door in a dead-end street with no one answering the door or the phone for 30 minutes. Once they finally answered they moved us to an upgraded room so the effort was there. However, the upgraded room had no hot water for 80% of my stay which was very annoying, and the Wifi did not work. A staff memebr made an effort to fix the problem and offered us some complmentary wine, which again shows good intentions. The "city tax" of $28 dollars for 2 people for 2 nights is basically robbery, no idea where thi money is going as the property and the city in general are not well maintained.

Bathroom was prone to flooding. Often no staff on site so could be stuck outside waiting to get in for ages, often in the rain as it was April. Also be aware that despite the description there is NOT a pool on site. Its at their partner hotel, we spoke to staff about this as the time as it was deceptive but they were rude and refused to acknowledge that by definition their pool was off site. The pool was the main reason we booked. The breakfast is fine, tradition moroccan cuisine. You have to book slot. The rooms can get very hot, and you have to balance that with privacy as the only windows faced inwards to the riad. Wasted potential on the roof that isnt really utilised. I wouldnt recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable room. There was a shared refrigerator where we chilled our beverages. We requested to eat at their main hotel's restaurant. They made us a reservation. We had a great time. it was a spectacular dinning room. The food was delicious aswell

This little dar is so lovely! It’s been beautifully renovated. The rooms are small but thoughtfully done, with everything you might need, including hot showers that worked perfectly and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years. Don’t miss the terrace! The best part of course is Ihssane, who makes a delicious breakfast and keeps everything spotless.

A nice contemporary riad with simple clean furnishings. Little sound insulation between floors so expect to be woken if you have late noisy arrivals! Freshly made breakfast with omelette to order. Good location in medina a 20min walk to station and 10 min walk to the sea/ beach.

Within the Medina itself the pathways were wide and clean with the whitewash homes making for pleasant passage for exploration. The Staff were exceptional, willing to assist in every way. The breakfast was generous. The rooms were spotless and comfortable if not a little small. Location was great, within walking distance to the Casbah Uyadas.

ihssane was an excellent host and took care of us. We left a bag on the train and she went above and beyond to help guide us to where we needed to go. AND we got it back! What a wonderful city and lovely people! The Riad only has a few rooms which makes it very private and quiet. The breakfast was more than enough food and very delicious. Beautiful setting and very clean and great location. We highly recommend.

Good location walking distance to hot tourists spots, walking distance to a local market, the staff friendly ( Ihsan, Hussam and Yassin) checked on us all the time and made sure we were comfortable, they kept the house very clean, delicious breakfast, I highly recommend this place .

Very warm welcome from wonderful lady Ishan with mint tea. Fantastic fresh breakfast each morning with Ishan looking after us coffee, omelette, breads, yogurt, fresh juice, buns, pancakes, cream/hiney/jams, quiches…. Ishan is wonderful. Beautiful modern Moroccan decor. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location for medina/beach/touring Rabat. We absolutely loved Rabat. Thank you to Zouhair for looking after us and printing boarding passes. Great cotton bed linen, wonderful sleep, soft towels. Small but strong hair dryer, good for long hair. Fruit and water in room. Lots of bedside sockets. In the kitchen I was able to make my own English tea when we returned after a day’s sightseeing. Sun deck on top floor. Air Con in room although we slept with window open, lovely cool night breeze. Owner has other Riads, can use sister Riad’s pool, 30 second walk away. Can book culinary class, massage or spa. We absolutely loved the city or Rabat and this Riad, highly recommend!!!

This place was phenomenal! Great location for visiting the Medina and the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of! I was very happy about the cleanliness; after staying at other Dars, Riads, hotels, and airbnb's in Morocco, this place was the cleanest as well as in the best condition. We were also invited to enjoy a neighboring Riad's pool!
