It was close to where my my uncle's house is was the only thing good. Stained sheets, stained towel, only 1 towel in room for 3 people. The fridge froze my food even with changing the temp. One bed has to be fixed in order for my son to sleep on it. The frame was messed up. Every time we sat on the toilet seat, there was a loud bang sound. In the shower was left the prior person that stayed soap and wrapper on the shower shelf.

Loved that it's on Root River. Hated that the property by the river is in such disarray. The firepit area needs to be fixed. It also needs all the debris cleaned up.

Not worth it.

3 people in one room only 2 towels. When we ask for more towels front desk automatically told us that we have to wait until morning. So I had to go to the store and bought my own however for 70$ a night I wasn’t expecting much. When checking out it was very unpleasant. Cheaper hotels around the area are so much better.

The front desk girl was excessively RUDE. I called 1 hour ahead, we were arriving an hour ahead of schedule. I was told "im NOT checking anyone in before 3 o clock." Then we get there check in, theres a broken piece to the sofa bed, and hairs on the bathroom sink. My DISABLED husband walked to the desk, asked SAME lady where the ice was... she says "2nd floor and NO we dont have an elevator" he walks with arm crutches... the rudeness was appalling. She sat down while checking me in, never stood no direction to my room nothing. Definitely rethink before booking again.. if it wasnt paid already we would have stayed somewhere else.

Unsafe Parking Lot View Hotel

Booked two nights but we were so disgusted with this property that we left after one night. The pictures show a riverfront setting, but since the bar was not operational, nobody could enjoy the view. It should be called the "Parking Lot View Hotel". The security doors were propped open all night - we did not feel safe. The room was barely adequate, but due to a supply shortage there was no Kleenex. Stay away - stay far away.

Not the best

The card reader on the door did not work. So he handed us a real key. The bed had an ankle knocker as the mattress and box springs were not centered. The shower control was wonky. And we asked for clean towels on our second day and were told they were out of towels, this was at 8pm.
