Overall okay experience. Staff was wonderful to deal with and check-in went smoothly. Room was old and out-dated and the bed was uncomfortable with only two pillows, but the price was very affordable. We were on the back of the building with nice deck area and beautiful view. Nothing open early morning for coffee, unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast, but it was a nice perk.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It has AC as well as heat regulator, fridge, microwave and TV. Room was well furnished and clean. The only issue we faced was hot water. Shower water was normal and not hot. Rest everything was good

Just stayed overnight but the front desk staff were excellent and the motel was within walking distance for food snacks and drinks. The room rate was appropriate for the motel.

Our two-night stay with our kids was comfortable. The building was a bit old but clean and great for a travel stop. I didn't have high expectations for the price. For improvements, I suggest adding a carpet at the entrance inside and fixing the coffee machine. The location was convenient for visiting Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs, and the breakfast from Screamers Ice Cream Shop was excellent.

It’s very old motel /hostel deck and steps are falling apart Luck of maintenance makes property tired I would not recommend this cheap motel to anyone

Our room was down some stairs that were loose and dangerous. The bed was horrible. Not comfortable at all. Windows were broken. The a/c barely worked. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open.The lock was on the wrong side of the door to the washroom. All in all it is in rough shape. The up side was it was very clean. Coffee pot and fridge and microwave in the kitchenette room. ( no cooktop). Screamers cafe is where you go for the included breakfast. Food is very good.

Close to Radium Hot Spring, nice old chateau style accommodation. We booked the king bed with kitchenette, had a nice overlook on rear balcony. Nice, neat, clean and well priced stay for a weekend getaway. Breakfast vouchers for Screamers cafe is well worth it, the food is extra tasty.

They claim to have an attendant at all times which is not correct. They keep changing the signs on the door. We wanted to check in a bit earlier as it was very cold outside and it was raining. There was no one to attend us. The rooms were ready, as we could see people cleaning, locking and going away. There was no one at the reception to attend us. There was number to call if you need anything. So we called, thinking that they will be able to allow us checking in a little earlier. But the man on the phone refused. He said check in begins at 4 only. This was unusual. I travel a lot and this has happened for the first time with us. Ultimately we had to sit in my car for 2.5 hrs and then got a room. The 'breakfast included' as they claim has no variety and you need to walk a mile for that.
