You get what you pay for the property it is older and it shows but is clean. the staff is supper friendly and it is walking distance to stores and other stuff and only 5 min drive to the hot springs!!!

This was a perfect option for budget friendly stay with all required facilities. The complimentary breakfast provided by Screamers cafe was top notch. We arrived late night but the staff had made arrangements for easy check-in. Except that we could ‘t get a parking spot near to our room, everything was good.

This property needs a lot of work! Perhaps we were given the worst room in the place because we had a pet. However. it was pretty bad! Door knob to washroom was almost falling off, the showerhead was way too short. You had to physically get into the shower just to turn it on, insufficient bed coverings. Was cold at night and had to wrap my jacket around my feet. Lighting was horrible. TV did not work, Spent a good 1/2 hr w desk staff to figure out how to get a signal Spent most of our time outside as the room was so gross. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast voucher for Screamer's. Great breakfast sandwich!!!

The room was small, but very clean. The bathroom did not have a tub, but did have a shower, though it was very small. I found the bed uncomfortable, but my husband felt it was good. Every room seems to have its own sitting area and balcony. that over looked the wooded area. We had a small family of deer and a lot of birds visit us. We were able to walk to downtown Radium and sightseeing was a short drive away. Breakfast was supplied by Screamers Ice Cream Shop and it was satisfying. Overall, the stay was great, a few things that made me give 4 out of 5. But we would definitely stay again.

You get for what you pay for but highly recommend if your on a budget and dont need a luxurious place. Stayed 3 nights. Loved it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Room was clean and had some nice views of deer from our balcony.

NO storage for personal items?! AC above bed in main room made the sheets/blankets feel damp & clammy. Weirdest bed ever! Poor shower water pressure & pretty 3rd world shower. No place to hang up wet towel?! AC SUPER NOISY and only kept main room area cool not the separate bedroom. Only positive about this property is it was not expensive.

The bed was clean, bathroom cleanliness was fair. Windows were very dirty, door in room was difficult to close. The whole place needed repair and a coat of paint. Pictures promoting the property are very old.

I am grateful to the staff for being helpful and reacting quickly to my requests. When booking a room it is important to pay attention that there is no inventory to cook except for microwave. Maybe there is a cooker in some rooms, but there was no in ours. So in case you need to cook smth for kids as we planned, this might be a problem. Though the place is simple, with no modern renovation, it is clean and has everything one needs for a night stay.

The two queen beds were comfortable and the fridge/microwave and shower all worked well. The WiFi was hit and miss - mainly the latter. The TV worked off a ROKU system which was quite unfamiliar to us so we were unable to access the channels we wanted to watch. This is becoming all too common in motels we've stayed at over the last few years. It's disappointing to us that more motels are exiting the normal cable route and replacing them with streaming systems.

This is an older, basic and economical motel. The king bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The unit was equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. The A/C unit was undersized, noisy and did not cool the room in 26 C weather. It's an ineffective design with a vent to the outside and should be replaced with a window A/C unit. The motel is not soundproof and the semi-trucks climbing or descending down the hightway felt close at hand.
