Delightful Villa surrounded by Mediterranean nature just a few meters from the sea. The magnificent swimming pool with Jacuzzi located next to the characteristic Olive Tree on the left of the veranda, dominates the exterior view of the villa. Not least is the brick barbecue that is located under the wooden canopy, in the covered part of the veranda, where we find a marble worktop and masonry seats. The house is on three levels: a lower one, which opens up into a spacious dining room with a built-in fireplace, a double sofa bed and a large wooden dining table. On the lower floor there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator with freezer, kitchen, oven and all kitchen utensils and a laundry with washing machine, bathroom and shower. The sleeping area includes: two double bedrooms respectively equipped with a wardrobe and a dresser and a two-door wardrobe. There is also a double bedroom with a bunk bed, a wardrobe with two doors and a chest of drawers. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a low TV cabinet; a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils: fridge with freezer, cooker, oven and hood. The first floor instead includes a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror; a bathroom with shower and a small private veranda overlooking the pool. The whole Villa is furnished and equipped to guarantee every comfort to the guests who choose it. The garden furniture, such as rocking chairs, deckchairs, seats in masonry, allow you to live the Villa in extreme comfort even outside and are all available to you guests.
