* Ducted air-conditioning throughout upstairs.

Downstairs boasts:

* Open plan, tiled self-contained accommodation with separate entrance.
* Full kitchen.
* Third bathroom and toilet plus a laundry.
* Separate air conditioning that services downstairs space
* Tandem carport ideal for your boat or additional cars.
* Large inground pool with shade sail cover as well as a large adjoining alfresco pergola area for you to enjoy a bbq.

Sleeps twelve (maximum of eight adults please) in one x king sized bed, one x queen size bed and two x single beds upstairs plus three x single beds and three x single bunk beds downstairs.
Note - Room 3 (upstairs) has two x single beds that can be put together to form a king size bed.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Please note:
*This property is strictly no-smoking and no parties or functions.
* Double lock up garage not for guest use

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional $50 per pet levy payable.
