Divas' Christmas 2023 - Hosted by Regina Frazier

Wented this propert on December 15-17, 2023.for the weekend. The Divas is a group of six friends that get together once a year for the holidays. Two will take turns hosting and it was my turn and another lady. I picked this house and it was abosolutely perfect for the ocasion. The house was beautifiul and clean and had everything that we needed in it. The furniture was uptodate and we had plenty of room to exhange gifts and play games. We were close to North Hills area where we caught an Uber and went bowling and to dinner one night. I would recommend to use this property for a small group to entertain again.. The property owner was easy to reach as we had locked ourselves out and she got us in with promptly. Plan to rent again in the summer to have a small gather with our daughters. The yard being fence in made it feel so private. Highly recommend this property. Nothing was wrong. Everythig was just perfect.! Regina Frazier - Raleigh, NC
