Cozy ground level Guest Suite located in mid-century Kings Mill-Morgan Creek Neighborhood. Walking access to the legendary Dean Dome and UNC Hospitals. This charming woodsy neighborhood is also connected to the NC Botanical Garden, Morgan Creek Trailhead and Merritt Pasture. Downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro are a 5 minute drive.
The space
The space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit and coffee. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam top, windows and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience.
