They hotel and room where very clean and quiet. The staff was very courteous - even at my 2am check-in. The staff also left a snack bag of candies on my door on Halloween which was a nice surprise.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!! The staff were amazing and the place is lovely, so convenient to many things. It's also great that the bar is open to a decent time every night and there are snacks available 24 hours. After 1 stay, this is now my go-to place to stay when visiting my friends. :)

Staff was friendly, breakfast always had unusual and healthy dishes along woth the standard fare and staff was attentive to keeping things well-stocked. Lobby was playfully decorated for Halloween. One of the displays gave our 5 year-old grandson nightmares, but that's not on the hotel!

Couldn’t Sleep All Night Because of a Barking Dog

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the noise level. There was a dog barking almost nonstop throughout the night, and it made it impossible to get any sleep. I understand that some guests may travel with pets, but the hotel really needs to enforce noise policies or have designated pet-friendly areas that don’t disturb other guests. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they were polite but didn’t seem to take any action to resolve the issue. After paying for a night’s stay, I expected at least a quiet environment to rest, which unfortunately didn’t happen. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their handling of pet-related noise. Until then, I can’t recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.
