Could be a lot better

There where stains on the wall , the tv had no service . There was only 1 ice machine on the floors that work and that was on the lobby level. There was also no was to contact the front desk on the phone in the room .

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it has been great experiences, very clean, and staff was cordial. The only thing I would change is the very hard pillows.

Really enjoyed our stay at room 202. Beds were really comfy, heater/ac worked just needed to hold and release the gauge when going up or down, show great pressure and temp, very clean, delicious bfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, bagels, waffles and more, lobby coffee and water, friendly staff, nice gym, pool, large fridge, and my only noticeable thing was very slight wear of the hotel, but the chair in our room smelled of funk. Like shoes. But rest of hotel they pumped fragrance. Would visit again.
