I had a very comfortable stay. The king room was spacious and well-appointed, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. The sofa and ottoman made the room feel cozy, and there was a desk that worked well for getting some work done. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. Overall, a great stay and a solid option near the airport, especially for travelers needing comfort and functionality. Staff are amazingly helpful!

We ended up staying two nights here when we were trying to fly out of RDU during the winter storm and our flights kept getting canceled. Both the staff at the front desk and the shuttle drivers were friendly. The room was comfortable, and the lobby was nice. Enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate (delicious!), bottled water & chips when we checked in. The only "con" was the breakfast. There was a charge for it and it was pretty meh.

Staff were great. However the placement of the king size bed and furniture took up most of the bedroom space. It was difficult to store our luggage. Pillows were also very soft. The 5am shuttle service to the airport was great, once we got the correct info on its arrival (it was already waiting outside)
