Room was clean, the bed were slightly firm (im a medium bed person), but the pillows were TERRIBLE. They flattened with the slightest bit of pressure. So firm bed and flat pillows made for a very uncomfortable sleep. I ended up on the couch. I asked for a pillow top for the bed but they don’t have those available.

Great location for what we need - close to airport and Lenovo Center. However, after arrival from the airport, our room was ready but we were charged $20 to use it prior to 4pm which we felt was unfair.
