• Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval & pet fee. They must be supervised when outside
• Laundry use is limited to daytime hours
• While the deck is private to this apartment, the yard and parking areas are shared with the other 3 apartments
• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted
• This is a non-smoking property
• Please note the home is not specifically child-proofed
• For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and properties, we use a secure third-party screening provider, Safely, as part of the reservation process.
