The property is nice and easy access. The parking lot is on the property and it is not a parking garage and they charge $6.50 a day. Just don’t understand that one. I can see my car from my window in my room.

The property appeared fairly new but was non descript. The room was clean and nice. Unwelcome surprise: guests now required to pay for parking. The parking lot is not even gated or monitored for safety; just purely an extra fee.

My first time staying at a Tru. Great experience. Friendly concierge. Great friendly and comfy rooms. Nice vibe. Dog-friendly. The only ointment: Parking is an extra $5 per day. But I wouldn't hesitate coming back.

I loved everything about this property. It is just a few minutes away from UNC, Baity Hill where I visited and so close the grocery, shopping etc. I would definitely recommend. The Gym was great very modern equipment and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful.

You have to pay for parking and we came late at night so we missed those signs in the parking lot. Would be nice if reception desk reminded people that parking is not included ( we had to pay extra because we only paid in the morning)
