Staff was courteous although it took 2 requests to get towels. When we first arrived the room was clean but a bug(moth) was flying around up high in our room. I was a bit disappointed with finding out that our room only gets cleaned every other day,no coffee pot in the room but always available 24hrs in the lobby,there was no microwave in my unit but also available down in the lobby, or that there were no dressers or closet for our clothes. Also, the breakfast buffet was minimal but everything was fresh & staff constantly replenishing food as it disappears. However, we arrived in NC earlier than expected so I called the hotel to see about checking in early & they graciously welcomed & allowed us to check-in 3hrs early! Upon arrival we were greeted by front desk staff & every staff member here was extremely nice & pleasant! They all speak & are so helpful. For the price I paid per night I would've preferred the amenities you get in traditional Hilton hotels,especially a microwave since traveling with small kids,a little more variety as for meat choices at breakfast would've been nice too. Customer Service was great except the one hiccup with the towel requests which staff was truly apologetic about. Also, i didn't have to keep calling front desk for things they allow you to text! That made things much easier!
