Came to hike and see angel falls. We came unaware that it was the wet season. Marie and Abbigale ( the house cat ) were great. They made us feel comfortable and it was like we were home. We will be back if ever in the area again

We booked a beautiful 3 bedroom cabin that had everything we needed. Our stay was very quiet. We were able to go on walks. We used the pool a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff! There’s a grocery store and gas station VERY close.

We stayed stayed there for three nights and skied at saddleback. Easy ride to the mountain, town and the grocery store. It was a cozy cabin with everything you needed. It had a great porch with a nice of view of the lake. Will be coming back.

We anticipated a rustic old cabin, but we did not anticipate health and safety issues or inaccurate amenities in the listing. There were no working smoke detectors, even with a wood burning stove in the cabin. There were no CO2 detectors and the furnace filter was neglected and dirty. An outlet exposed without a cover and there was some type of leak in the bathroom that caused the floor to be moist/wet. The listing stated they have WiFi, but the DSL was not operational. We would have been better prepared for evening entertainment if we had an accurate idea of the availability of internet. The location was great.
