Excellent hotel with a good location. The pool and wellness area really add to the experience and provided nice recreation after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein.

This Hotel will make sure you feel like royalty! even if you’re not. After this experience, you know this is the quality you can’t let go! 💕

Excellent spa

The hotel stay was excellent, my whole family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teens) loved this hotel. We booked a studio room (double bed and a bunk bed). Room was very clean with a small kitchen area, dining table and a sofa. It is close to ski station and many eateries within walking distance. The reception area at level 4 was superb! You can just sit and relax at the lounge area there, relaxing and enjoyjng the beautiful mountain scenery. Our boys loved to play chess at the lounge area. There is on-site parking, laundry facility and vending machines selling drinks and snacks. The reception staffs were all very courteous and approachable. Highly recommended!

Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff

It is a lovely hotel. Beautiful spot. So friendly. Great food, simple and excellent. Room lovely. Great place.
