So far this was the worst stay on our vacation. Once we checked in there were no carts to take our luggage up to the room. Once we got the room, the room had an awful smell to it. At night the shade was broke and won’t come down all the way. There was no ice bucket in the room. The floor in the pool area was very rough and falling apart.

Expedia reviews said King Deluxe Room was "exceptional". Our room was the furthest thing from that. The coffee table was dirty, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, two of the pillows had nasty stains on them, the bathroom was crappy (chip in the tub, dirty grout, dated trim, rough towels...I could go on and on). The minute you walked into the lobby, you are greeted with an overwhelming amount of air freshener

Slide was fun. Pool was a little small. Room was nice and beds were comfy. My kid left a snack on the counter overnight and when I woke up there were about 100 little baby ants crawling all over the food. Not sure where they came from but it really grossed me out.
