You can hear kids loud in other rooms, traffice and sirens outside, turning into the parking garage is a tight fit, couldnt change the air temperature in the room, had to call downstairs to change it. Teenagers running up and down the hall and no one said anything to them. Key card use every single time, room, elevator, and parking garage.The rooms were clean and nice. Staff was nice. Just not a good spot to get some rest. If you're paying over $350 for room, incidentally and parking it better be worth it.

Nice new hotel in a great location. Housekeeping, or lack there of, is a joke. We stayed 5 nights and they only came once to bring towels and make the beds. Nothing in the room was cleaned or refilled while they were there. We had to go to the front desk on two separate occasions to ask for towels
