Clean room, lovely facility, decent breakfast-coffee temperature was not hot enough. The delightful hostess was very apologetic and brought both the regular and decaf temps to acceptable temps right away. Nicest employee in entire hotel!

Upon checking in there appeared to be a homeless man with his dog trying to check in to a room. He kept the sole front desk attendant busy for awhile until someone else came from another office to help us. We were able to check in and get our room. Our daughter was not feeling well and parking afterwards was a long walk to the entrance. Wish someone would have noticed sooner.

The bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently. Primarily the floor around the toilet. City garbage trucks slamming garbage containers around in the alley for 15 minutes or more extremely early. Unfortunately we were staying on the 3rd floor alley side. Extremely loud in our room.
