Moana Sunset Beach Villa
Situated in the village of Arorangi on Rarotonga's western coastline, this just completed shoreline hugging two bedroom home should be on everyones "must stay" list. Moana Sunset Beach Villa boasts fabulous views of the lagoon from a large covered veranda and also from the master bedroom. The home is ideal for a family of four or two couples.
Through the the verandas sliding doors the home opens up to a very spacious living area with lagoon views, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and an indoor dining area at the back. To the left is the master bedroom with views of the lagoon from bed, and a large ensuite with a big shower wet room . At the other end of the home is the shared bathroom and the second bedroom, the king bed can be split into singles.
High vaulted ceilings ensure a sense of spacious roominess through out the home, and all windows are fully screened.
Swimming and snorkeling is best at high tide.

Paradise with a dawn chorus
Lovely property, gorgeous view of the sunset each evening. Dawn chorus of roosters was a little full on but thats part of life in Rarotonga. A couple of naintebance issues with screen doors but overall the property was great.

Beautiful Moana Sunset
This was a perfect place to stay for us as two couples. The layout of the villa was great! And the closeness to the water made it ideal for relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience on Rarotonga! 🤗

Perfect Island Getaway
We loved our stay at Moana Sunset and couldn’t recommend it more for couples or families.
Great value for money with modern decor and outdoor shower (photos don’t do this property justice- it is THAT GOOD), clean and tidy property with a great location on the beachfront (approx 2kms from Edgewater Resort for reference) avoiding the larger crowds that you find out the front of local resorts.
Eddie was a great host, answering all our questions promptly and also ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. (Laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, milk, tea, coffee, sugar)
10/10 accomodation and host - we will definitely be back in the future!!
