Living in the almost 200-year-old half-timbered farmhouse on Lake Hemmelsdorfer a few minutes by car from Timmendorfer Strand and Lübeck's old town.
The lovingly and faithfully refurbished half-timbered house has 6 apartments, all with their own access, private entrance and large terrace with grill, wooden furniture and pillows. All bedroom windows can be darkened. The half-timbered facade with stylish wooden windows, the luxurious full equipment with antique elements guarantee relaxation in the breath of bygone times.
The apartment No. 4 (61m²) is on the garden side of the house with its own access via the terrace (31m²) and adjacent parking space. The south-west terrace is paved, has a grill, white wooden furniture, and pillows. Ball lights create a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 pm to midnight.
The apartment No. 4 extends over two floors.
The living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area is on the ground floor. A beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights towers above the wooden table with 4 chairs. A cozy day bed with lots of pillows with a view of the flat-screen TV can be easily transformed into a 160x200m cozy area. There is a music system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth for individual sound systems.
The high-gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes refrigerator incl. Freezer, sink, dishwasher, showcases with dishes and glasses, a stove with ceramic hob and touch control, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers. The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all the utensils necessary for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, mixing stick, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knife etc.
A fully automatic coffee machine from Saeco and a milk frother conjure up a perfect cappuccino. There is also a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee mugs, cereal bowls and some antique serving bowls and plates.
In the 1st A wooden staircase (14 steps) leads to a small hallway. From here it goes into the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom with white nostalgic tiles offers a bathtub and rain shower, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror with two additional lights and a towel radiator. A hair dryer with diffuser also a bath and a towel per person are ready.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200) with a wonderfully thick mattress. Each side of the bed has a bedside table with a lamp and a fluffy carpet in front of it. A spacious antique wardrobe with interior lighting and an oval mirror door exudes a nostalgic atmosphere. Two chests of drawers, each with three drawers, offer much more storage space.
The beds are freshly made with great bed linen. There are two pillows per person. An Internet connection via W-LAN is included in the price in all residential buildings. Washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board can be used.

A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A flat-screen television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom features a bathtub with a rainfall showerhead and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washer/dryer.
Take in the views from a terrace and a garden and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access.
