This hotel was great, lived up to the brand, perfect place to stay while traveling. Far enough from the airport to not really feel like an airport hotel, but with the convenience of having a shuttle and being easy to get to and from the airport.

its ok but not great

This is listed as a 4-star hotel. Some of the rooms have doors in them connecting them to the next guest's room - they don't block any noise really so its like a random person in the room with you even if you book single bed. staff at the breakfast buffet were quite rude (without any reason given), also not hallmark of a 4-star place.

The front desk staff were excellent, the bar and restaurant staff were not! The property has definitely declined, have stayed there several times and was very disappointed with the run down look of the rooms. The hotel rooms definitely needs freshening up, I would hesitate to recommend the hotel in its current state! Most sincerely, John Wrafter

If shuttle service is important, stay elsewhere

Everything was fine except for the shuttle service to and from the airport, which is kind of key because getting to and from the airport was the reason I picked this hotel. From the airport I waited in the designated area for an hour only to learn that the UNMARKED van had been there twice and I had missed it and had to take a cab. I was clearly in the correct location, but every other van and bus were marked on the outside with hotel names and the Hilton only had a card in the dashboard. They picked up in an area away from the main loading area, and made no announcement or effort to check with those who were waiting. They compensated for the inconvenience and the cab fare with a free glass of wine and breakfast voucher. From the hotel to airport the next morning, they had taken reservations and the shuttle I booked was oversold by 10 people. So again, I had to wait, 20 minutes this time, a little stressful when heading out for an international flight, and then take a taxi (paid for by Hilton). An airport hotel needs to do better.

Good hotel, late shuttle, hard to reach by phone

The shuttle bus from the airport was quite late and when I tried to phone the hotel I went into a long voice mail loop, only to get someone about 5 minutes later. But the desk comped me a breakfast which made the inconvenience a little less annoying.

The price was outrageous. I was ok with it because it had a king bed and 2 “twin” beds. That’s what the hotel stated but the two “twin” bed were just chairs that converted to beds. The bathroom also looked like there was mold on the ceiling. The shuttle runs every 40 min to the airport and takes about 20 min. It’s just too pricey for what you get.

Bad Customer Experience

The front desk Clerk was abrupt and condescending. After traveling the whole Country of Ireland, she was not Welcoming or Caring. My wife is a Hilton rewards member and she made no effort to look up her account. Not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel.
