Clean room, very good breakfast and the staff was very nice and courteous.

I am truly beyond impressed with the service at Hotel Kayrós! Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional. Thank you for making my stay a personal and comfortable one, and for always treating me with the utmost respect and kindness. Agradeço a Deus por vocês. Que Ele abençoe a todos vocês sempre. Very friendly and helpful staff, I received such a warm welcome at reception, and that welcome continued for my whole stay. For the price, the rooms are very comfortable and spotless. I’ll definitely be staying here again for my next business trip to Joinville.
