Completely renovated in 2022, it has 6 beds in 3 bedrooms (twin beds on request), a large living/dining room, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 large private green space on one side of the house, a courtyard on the other, both private but not fenced. The beaches of the West of Cotentin are 10 km away, La Hague 20 km away!
