Positives: The rental company made it very easy to connect from the airport to the villa. They were prompt. The villas pool is excellent. Location to Nai Harn beach, restaurants and 7-eleven definitely helpful. Lots of dishes, glasses, rice cooker, kettle, microwave etc. Negatives: The sofa is stained and lost all its cushion. Almost unusable. Beds are quite hard. Not terrible but certainly on the hard side. Only one stove element works. No towel or sheet service. No washer/dryer. Didn't mention the 10000 baht damage deposit. Didn't mention electricity is 5 baht per KHW. Owned by rental company - they didn't do us any favours. No personal touch.
