Ibiscus Villa comes with 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. An added big private pool which seamlessly integrates with the living room. The internal living area also houses the main entertainment unit consisting of LCD TV, comfy sofas, worldwide TV channels, and DVD player.

This villa has a fully-equipped kitchen that has kitchenware and appliance completely such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, hot & cold water dispenser etc.

Big problem of thorough maintenance

There are good things about the property but more negative things. The pictures on VRBO site don’t reflect the reality of the space. Price should offer a higher quality villa. The TV sitting room is outside, in the terrace, you have to get out from the dining room on the outdoor terrace to actually access the TV room. Too many furniture in the TV room. Besides the only indoor space is : 2 bedrooms kitchen dining room (with bathrooms).No airco in the kitchen/dining room; only in the 2 bedrooms.Persistent sewing system problem gives very bad smell in all in the indoor space - really untolerable.Large construction work next door where workers are active 7/7 even at night (high level of noise even w.windows shut).The other side (land next door as well) cleaning enterprise makes noise alldaylong. Overall structure of the villa good but ages/probably built 20 years ago and no regular thorough maintenance, because the walls indoor and outdoor and the fake wood terraces are full of spots and damages which have not been repaired, probably since a long time. Messy outdoor in and around the garage (personal belongings of owners and old stuff piled and visible at the entrance of the villa). Positive aspects: bed are good, nice swimming pool, plenty of plates and kitchen accessories, grain molding coffee machine). Washing machines. The villa deserves a better maintenance : painting and refreshing is not a luxury ! It’s a pity to see a nice average standard villa in a poor state.
