Policy:
-Security Deposit: 300 euros or 12,000 THB or any equivalent foreign currency, it will be returned after no damage in the villa.
-Check-in: 3PM
-Check-out: 11AM
-Late Check-In Charge of 1,000 baht (after 6PM)
-Early Check-Out Charge of 1,000 baht (before 8AM)
-Do not smoke inside the villa, however, smoking is permitted in the outside areas.

Rate excluded :
- Electricity fees 6 THB per 1 unit (from 200 THB to 250 THB for a normal daily use)

Services :
- Arranging car rental ( start from 700 THB to 1,500 THB/day ) and motorbike rental (start from 200 to 450 THB/day ) , the price depends on car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer ( 1,000THB 1,600THB )
