If you are looking for a peaceful, family-friendly resort with a quiet beach, do not stay here.
This property engages in misleading advertising across booking platforms. The rooms featured online—spacious layouts, beach views, private balconies, and pools—represent a small minority of the inventory (at most 20%). Most rooms, including ours, are at the back of the property and are dark, dated, and poorly designed, with balconies facing directly into other rooms. This is nothing like what is advertised.
Despite being marketed as a resort, this property caters to party-focused singles and young couples, not families. Loud party music starts as early as 7:30 a.m. and continues all day, making rest impossible.
Food and service were unimpressive, but the most concerning issue was hygiene and safety. One day, dirty, muddy water came from our taps. With no phone in the room, we went to the front desk, only to have our complaint dismissed and be told to contact a WhatsApp number instead—unacceptable for a hotel charging resort-level prices.
The cost of our family room was wildly disproportionate to the experience. There is no true resort atmosphere: the front desk is chaotic, facilities are minimal, and service is disorganized. The previous night we stayed at Kamala Beach, paid 30% less, and received exceptional service and beachfront accommodations—highlighting just how poor the value here is.
This stay was deeply disappointing and misleading. For a peaceful time, stay elsewhere.
