The first-floor master bedroom is conveniently situated near a full bathroom. Admire the breathtaking views of the mountains and stunning sunsets from the property's westward-facing vantage point. Follow the path directly from the cottage to the gorgeous sandy shore with a pebbly, gradual entry to the water. The dock is for loading and unloading only, but the mooring can accommodate boats up to 26 feet. The property is partially wooded and level, with a 6-foot high privacy fence along adjacent properties. Come enjoy all that Frye Island has to offer with 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, a restaurant and an ice cream stand!
